NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED, INCLUDING RIGHTS OR REMEDIES PROVIDED BY MANDATORY CONSUMER-PROTECTION LAW.
